To ensure that your stay is smooth and enjoyable, we kindly ask you to observe the house rules below:

House rules:

Smoking:

• Smoking in the house is strictly prohibited. In case of violation we will charge a fine of €250.

Number of persons:

• It is not permitted to stay in the house with more people than the stated number.

Cleanliness:

• Please leave the house tidy, without dirt on the floor and without dirty dishes.
Non-compliance may result in additional charges.

Check-out procedure:

• Remove the bed linen and collect the towels before departure.

• Check-out after 10:00 AM will incur additional charges.

Feasts and parties:

• Parties and celebrations are not allowed to ensure the tranquility of the area and other guests.

Report defects:

• Report any defects to De Kust Rentals before departure.
